Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts – Gaitlinburg, TN

Augusta Heritage Center at Davis & Elkins College, Elkins, WV Week-long craft and folklore workshops are offered throughout the summer session alongside music and dance workshops, concerts, public dances, and special presentations that cover the history and literature of many traditions.

Historic Eastfield Foundation – Southern Rensselaer County, NY Includes a terrific variety of Early American Trades and Historic Preservation Workshops.

John C. Campbell Folk School – Brasstown, NC Always has something interesting going on in a wide variety of fiber and other arts and handcrafts.

Penland School of Crafts, Bakersville, NC Offers an awesome selection of classes and the textiles workshops look fantastic.

Peters Valley School of Craft, Layton, NJ Workshops in fiber arts as well as a variety of other handcrafts in paper, woodworking, ceramics, and metals.
