Outreach at the JMRL Northside Branch
March 14 @ 11:30 am – 3:30 pm
This is an educational event with hands-on activities for the public to engage in. We are looking for volunteers to help share the message about what’s fun, creative, and exciting about working with wool. We need two types of volunteers: those who are able to help visitors with hands-on learning, such as knitting, crocheting, spinning, and weaving; and those who would like to demonstrate a fiber arts project that involves working with wool. Remember, you don’t have to be an expert, just willing to share what you know and be friendly and engaging with the public. More logistical details will be shared with volunteers.
Please email outreach@cvfg.org if you’d like to volunteer.
