CVFG Everything You’ve Always Wanted to Know About Gauge with Edie Eckman (for Knitters and Crocheters)

Welcome back our very own guild member Edie Eckman. Edie will be on Zoom to present this wonderful lecture-style presentation on gauge for knitting and crochet. You will love Edie’s intelligent and witty style as she helps you learn more about your yarn selection and stitch pattern. This Zoom presentation will be moderated and have a designated question and answer period.
Supplies: Smooth, light-colored sport, dk or worsted weight yarn, appropriately sized needles/hooks, tape measure, 6″ or longer ruler. Paper and pencil for taking notes.
Skill level: Open to all

Using a smooth, light-colored yarn, knit or crochet two swatches at least 6″ square. One swatch should be worked completely in one of these stitches: single crochet • double crochet • half double crochet • stockinette stitch
Cost: $20 per person, class maximum of 20 students
