CVFG 2023 Annual Business Meeting and Virtual Field Trip

Please plan to attend our Annual Business Meeting. We will give members a review of the past year, plans for the upcoming year, and present the guild budget for 2023-2024, including dues. And agenda and the Zoom link will be send to all members a few days before the meeting.
After the meeting, stay for a virtual field trip to the Memphis Cotton Museum, with curator Ann Bateman.
The Memphis Cotton Museum was founded in 2006 to preserve the history of this worldwide market place and to tell the epic story of the famed cash crop and its profound influence on the city of Memphis. The museum not only explains how Memphis became Memphis but how the economic world evolved from this unassuming plant grown in the Delta heat. This is a story Ann loves to share.
About our speaker: Ann Bateman is the Executive Director of the Memphis Cotton Museum. A lifelong learner, educator, and lover of all things Memphis, Ann jumped at the opportunity to first volunteer and then lead the Cotton Museum.
