A Day of Creativity with Fit for Art Patterns

Spend an action-packed day with Carrie and Rae of Fit for Art Patterns experimenting with a variety of embellishment techniques that enhance both gifts and garments. Stretch your fabric-mixing muscles as you create small samples that can have a fanciful impact on your DIY sewing. Explore hand stitching techniques, fabric collage, scrap lace making, and more in this hands-on class. If you wish, begin creating a sleep mask, composition book cover, or a set of fabulous pockets to enhance a tired garment or incorporate into a new project. We will finish with a trunk show of ways these techniques can be used to create wearable art masterpieces.
