Cranbrook Loom for Sale

We have a Cranbrook countermarch loom manufactured by Schacht for sale. This loom has a 60” weaving width, 4-shafts, and 6-treadles. The Cranbrook loom is made of solid maple with mortise and tenon construction, powder-coated breast and back beams, treadle locks, and a fully adjustable overhead beater with countermarche action. The tie-up is done with Texsolv nylon loop cord. The warp beam is a plain beam with a circumference of about 16 inches. The cloth beam features a worm gear for excellent tension. The loom comes with two benches: a standard Cranbrook weaving bench and a small threading bench. Two reeds are included. The weight of the loom is about 500 pounds. The loom is in overall good condition. Many parts have recently been replaced by Schacht. The loom is fully disassembled and in climate controlled storage. $2000 cash at time of pick-up.
